Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi,

I'm new here and just a beginner using grasshopper so maybe that's why I can't figure out a solution from a problem that sounds simple.

I'm trying to create a sweep around two circles oriented parallel to the Z plane trough

two polygons on perpendicular frames on a rail curve, but it keeps creating this:

The component "Adjust Plane" (PAdjust) re-orient your plane while using the shortest rotation needed to reach the new wanted normal.

In your case, to align properly your start and end circular sections with your hexagonal sections you would need exactly that component.

Your starting plane adjusted to world +Z as normal, and ending plane adjusted to world -Z.
