Food4rhino.com loading problems

Hi all, does any one else have a problem with loading the food4rhino.com? I get something like this almost every time I try to load it:

This is the answer I received from food4rhino@mcneel.com :

"- Empty the cache from your web browser.
- Close your browser and reopen it.
- Open Food4Rhino again.
- If display fails, look at your ip address: http://www.whatsmyip.org/ and write it down.
- Try to open this image: http://www.food4rhino.com/sites/all/themes/zen/f4r/images/protected...

Please send us the results:
- Day and time of failure.
- IP address.
- Web browser used, with version, SO, etc.
- Tell us if you can open the image and see it.
- Tell us where you are connecting from: city and country."
