algorithmic modeling for Rhino
There's 2 ways I know you can achieve a cleaner mesh, the first one is to control the mesh settings using custom settings, the problem here is that you have to understand exactly how your mesh is being calculated so, it's a little unintuitive and hard to achieve.
The second one(my personal favourite) is to control the way you are generating your geometry BEFORE you convert it into a mesh, in this case by examble, I'm making the loft using the Straight option, wich generates simple faces, then I am using Simple Mesh component to conver each face into 1 single mesh face, thus, controling the number of faces in the final mesh. after that, you can use any of the subdivision algorithms from WeaverBird to smooth or to simply subdivide your mesh.
Hello Leonardo,
Thank you so much. Your answer is very helpful for me.
