Need help on Loft related problem

Hello!  I'm new to grasshopper. I am trying to create the shape out of the series of contour curve and other curve. I tried merging them in different way but it doesn't seem to work; the loft is either fail or the curves are lofted but with gaps between the contour curve and the other curves as in the picture. I had uploaded the wrong file, please look at the file Grasshopper model 02new.
