Weave component not working as it should be in definition

Hi there, the name is Jeff and I am currently self-teaching myself how to use grasshopper. I was told that I can get some help with my definitions/questions through the discussion board (if I'm wrong pls tell me where i should pose this question, Thanks.)

I have been using the FORMULARCH website (http://formularch.blogspot.com/) frequently to learn about how the definitions work on the examples. My problem is from studying the 'Surface Bridging' example of the site.

On the 'Surface Bridging' example, it seems that the Weave component doesn't seem to be working as described

I copied the entire definition from the webpage, like I added a Stream 2 inside the Weave component but it doesn't seem to accept any data from it, thus only half of my bridge to be lofted while the other half is missing.

I managed to make a work around but I still wanted to know why the weave component didn't work as described by Formularch.
