algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Ok, I feel like this might have a really simple answer, but if there is, than its not obvious.

I have 2 closed curves, 1 of them is completely inside the other one. If I select both and extrude in Rhino I get a solid shape with a hole in it. But in GH I get 2 surfaces. Cap Holes component doesnt work with those.

So how do I get the same result as in Rhino? (left: GH result, middle: curves, right: Rhino result)

Sometimes I also wish there is a simple solution of this case in GH as such in Rhino ;;

Thanks a lot for all those solutions. I think I prefer the middle one. The top one is one that I have tried, but that gets way too slow once you have a lot of objects (I have up to a few hundred), but then I just learned from that that List Item can have multiple outputs!! Nice :)
