Looking for guidence

Hello alll,

I posted some questions earliier regarding creating attractors for urban site design.. Is there anyone out there that could help me undderstand how to create the dfinition. I am a senior architecture student hoping to learn grasshopper

Hi Deshaun,

I think the problem is that your questions are very broad. If you can formulate it in a narrower sense it would be easier to discuss possible approaches and solutions.

My apologies David.... What I am attempting to create is a definition that would create extruded geometry based on a few constraints. The closest example that comes to mind would be Zaha Hadids Thames Gateway.

I have a school design project and our site is on the river front in Detroit Michigan. The river front from an urban perspective lacks density in short there is to much void spaces on the river front. I would like to create a definition that would create urban density on the site ie (building masses) that would have some constraints for example all masses will start 20 feet away from river front edges as well as some height constraints.
