Extrusion of the individual segments of a Divided Curved Surface

I am fairly new to the GH and I was working on a panel design and after researching the forum, I tried a few things. Basically I divided a surface into equal segments by using "isotrim" and "divide domain2". So, since I have the surface divided into U and V amount of segments, I want to extrude the each divided segment on its normal. I tried "deconstruct brep", "surface closest point", and "evaluate surface" to find each segment's normal, but when I try to extrude that, it creates something crazy, which takes longer than it should. Since that didn't work, I tried offsetting the surface, which doesn't make something solid.

So, my question is that how can I extrude individual pieces of a divided surface on its normal? And If I wanted to rotate each piece differently, how would I select those pieces? When I select the subsrf, it selects the whole thing.

Thank you in advance.

I just tried to surfacebox command and it worked fine, I guess that's one way to do it.
