Video Sampling

Does anyone know a way to do "image sampling" in grasshopper, but with videos? Perhaps use a slider to indicate which frame is the active one? The only way I know how to do this right now is to use many, many image sampler nodes for each converted frame of the video, which would take an absurd amount of time.
