not-isotrim for a surface

Hello everyone,

I am trying to divide a curved surface which represent a skyscraper at each floor level. Since the Srf is curved, the U coordinates don't match the Z coordinates and the isotrim doesn't generate the sub-srf as I would like. I suppose I should work on the domain, but actually I don't know how.

Any ideas?
