Where is Resources folder ???

You can create resources from the project properties in the Visual Studio interface.

I recommend creating a folder called Images or Icons next ot your source code and referencing your PNG files from there.

What I just do is right click MyProject24 and create new folder.

And rename it "Icons" :D

Is it.... right....?

And if it is, How can I use that bit.jpg ?

I recommend not using JPG, as jpeg doesn't support transparency. PNG files are ideal for icons.
