INSERT VALUES ON MATRIX AND EXPORT TO EXCEL

 HI Guys, I would like to generate a array of values ( XYZ  coordinates )

I would like then to export or stream these list of values to excel ( see pic below for further explanation )

 I have 2 problems :

1. I don't know how t insert the 3 lists of values on 3 separate columns
2.  I don't know how to export the result ( 3 columns ) to excel. I did it only for one list so far never for a bidimensional list of values

could anyone help me ?
