Problem with two group of breps intersection

Something wrong with the words, here it is:

I have two group of beams and two group of cutting breps, I want to make the two group of beams intersecting, and use the two group of cutting breps to cut these beams. when you look at the 2nd image, you will know what I want to do. But the data can not match easily, I mean let the right ones to intersect or use the right one to cut the right beam. I guess there is some inteligent way by playing with data tree, but I don't know how?
