Right Click on the O Parameter of [Loft] and select "Loft Options" from the Context menu. Tick the box that says "Closed Loft"

If you have multiple Lofted Surfaces that you need to vary the options for then you can use the [Loft Options] Component that allows you to use Data from GH to then set the attributes.

[Loft Options](O)-->(O)[Loft]
