About the name of this option?

Dear all,

Does anyone know the name of this option as the picture shows? 

I tried to look for it on every corner of my grasshopper, unluckily, i still could not get it. I have asked other people for it, too. unluckily again, they did not know it... :(

Maybe this option belongs to one plug-in that my grasshopper does not have it.
