How to get all combination of multiple series Input Parameters

Here is my new challenge, the purpose of this component is to create outputs using the given input parameters. for example, if the EW parameter has 20 options and the PW parameter has 10 options, there should be 200 cases in output. Like the the "Cross Reference" in the second image.

Somehow I think the Graft method will be the way, just don't know how to use it internal in the component.

BTW, I'm coding with C#
