surface to mesh // transfer surface code to mesh // mesh triangles

i have made as subdivision extrusion code with surfaces and loop (anemone).

actually i would need to do it with meshes instead, but how to do it?
as i need the inputs for further operations i co not know if it makes any sense to use predefined subdivision components / resp. how to extrude them ...
