Need som help with circles from image sampler projected on surface script.

Me again asking newbie questions :)

I have made a definition where I sample an image in imagesampler and project circles based on the image onto a surface. It worked when I tried on a small scale on a lofted surface. Now when I tried it on the surface I intend to use it on it don't work. All i get is tiny dots around my surface. My real surface is alot bigger than the one I tried the definition on first, could that be a problem? Or is the surface to complex? And also if anybody could help me as to how you could make holes in the surface where the circles are (they are intended to be window openings). 

I would really appreciate som help on this!
