Can anyone please post the "duplicate curve removal" Python component?

Hello,

     on this page: http://www.grasshopper3d.com/profiles/blogs/remove-curve-duplicates a GH3D Member posted an Python, duplicate curve removal component. (see attached screenshot)

I've checked his download pages and searched GH and Google but could not find a download for the component or definition.

If anyone has it could you please post the .gh, component or a link to its download?
